Sean McCarley

Sean became part of the Odyssey team in 2024 bringing with him extensive experience
in commercial development, with specific expertise in convenience stores, car washes
and QSRs. That experience - coupled with his educational degrees in commercial
science and business management - reflects the valuable skillset he brings to the
Odyssey development team. As a project manager, Sean is dedicated to serving clients
with an owner’s mindset, and is committed to ensuring detailed and transparent service
for each client and project from initial development to completion and final turnover.
