Narciso, a dedicated leader who has spent more than two decades managing diverse commercial projects nationwide, brings a depth of knowledge and skill on multiple levels to the Odyssey team. Experienced in construction management, real estate development and civil engineering, Narciso is committed to building relationships and transparency throughout each project. He also brings extensive experience to the Odyssey team in the municipal arena, having served a multitude of clients in managing, planning, permitting and inspections for commercial developments.
